Devsultants was brought in to rescue the project management and planning for security and stewarding at a major, fixed-deadline public event. Facing a critical time shortage, our team rapidly engaged with stakeholders and individual specialists to consolidate disjointed efforts into a cohesive plan of action. We first modelled the trajectory of the existing approach to demonstrate the impending risks, and upon securing client approval, constructed and initiated a new, robust plan.
