This notice explains how Devsultants LLP (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through devsultants.com. We are the controller of that information.
Contact: Devsultants LLP, Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, or use our contact form.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages securely and protect the site from abuse. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or track you across other sites.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the security check on the contact form and provides our analytics.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft provides our email service, where enquiries are stored.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
The About page includes an embedded Google Map, and the footer shows our Cyber Essentials certificate from a third-party registry. These load content from Google and from the certificate registry, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for up to two years afterwards, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case they are kept as part of our business records.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to have it transferred. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies of its own. It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.
