In order to facilitate the client’s requirement to have early access to some of the capabilities, the architecture was designed with multiple MVP transition states to align with the envisioned growth in usage over time.
As a result of subsequent (and substantial) environmental changes, the architecture required further modification, but our team was able to work in an agile way with the client and other suppliers to modify and update the architectural transition states, and maintain alignment with the required timeframes for delivery of the new capabilities, to help ensure that the client and their partner organisations could achieve the desired benefits.

Having engaged with stakeholders and drawn on the information available, the team were able to quickly produce an Outline Business Case to secure funding for the necessary work. Having secured the funding, our team also set up the PMO functions to allow the delivery team to hit the ground running and ultimately complete the transformation successfully.
